Q: What's difference of 4G camera and WIFI camera?
A: 4G camera only support 4g sim card connection, can not support WIFI connection.
WIFI camera only support 2.4Gz WIFI connection.
Q: Do i need to buy extra battery for camera?
A:No need. 15600mAh battery is included in the video surveillance camera.
Q: What should I do after I receive my camera?
A: please open the power on button,then use 5V/2A adapter and USB cable charge 12-18 hours.
Q: What App does this camera use?
A:Ubox app, you can download the APP via scaning QR code in the user manual.
Q: What should I do if I have problems installing the camera?

4G Version solar Camera option
*If you choose 4G version solar camera,4G camera can only support 3G/4G network connection(SIM card).
*Camera is mainly used in the environment without internet, can not supply power, but has 3G/4G mobile signal and sunny.You need to put the SIM card in the camera and connect to the internet through the SIM card.

Variable Focus Optical Lens
The camera is equipped with a zoom optical lens and supports 50x optical zoom.
Camera can zoom in to view more detailed information of other objects without getting close,or zoom out to get a larger and larger view.

8W Solar Panels
*During the day, 8W solar panels charge the battery.

Many cameras use built-in batteries. What should I do if the battery breaks and needs to be replaced?
1.Built-in battery, the camera needs to be disassembled.
2.Disassembling the camera maybe damage the camera.
3.Need special welding tools.
4.Difficult to buy identical batteries.
